Rosalie Hale is currently temping Emmett Cullen until we get a permanent player, therefore their posts will be combined when necessary ;D
Rosalie and Emmett walked out of the school, arm in arm. They stopped just outside the doors at a little concrete picnic table and joined Alice and Jasper to wait for Edward and Bella, so they could all meet up with Marguerite and Oceane at the edge of the woods.
Rosalie watched as the rest of the students rushed out of the school, racing to their cars if they had one. "Well this place hasn't changed much. Well with the exception that we're not the only ones in town this time around." Rosalie said, leaning into Emmett as he put his arm around her.

Alice leaned against Jasper after he sat down next to her. She giggled in agreement at Rosalie's statement while watching the students drive away. She glanced around quickly, looking for any sign of Edward and Bella. When she didn't see them, she began to think about how they needed to be here soon so that they could meet Marguerite and Oceane.

Marguerite had quietly removed herself from the Photography classroom as soon as the bell had rang. Her phone vibrated in response and Marguerite found Juliette's name flashing. With a sigh, she opened the phone and pressed it to her ear.
"Yes...yes," Marguerite spoke low and fast while rounding the last corner of the school. Her eyes narrowed slightly at the appearance of the Cullens and she nodded as a sign of recognition. She however stepped past the lunch table and headed straight towards the woods, where her sister was waiting.
"Juliette, we're talking to them right now. I will - I will let you know how it goes!" Marguerite hissed. She hung up the cellular device and shoved it back inside her pocket. She smiled slightly when her sister came into view. This was going to be interesting.

Edward walked casually from anatomy class to the history room where Bella was. He smiled as noticed her packing her backpack with the history book and notebooks she always packed around. Even after this long, she liked to appear more human and studious...some of the last remnants of her habits from her human life.
Bella smiled as she slung her backpack over her shoulder and spotted Edward sauntering over to her. She walked toward him and offered her hand, which he instantly took into his. "How was Drafting?"
Edward shrugged his shoulders. "Fine. How was history?"
This time it was Bella's turn to shrug as they walked across the cafeteria, amidst the slightly less dense mass of people. "Well, not as exciting as some of the stories Jasper has that's for sure."
Edward laughed a little as they walked out into the parking lot and spotted the rest of the family. He wanted it to look like a casual meeting, not a warning war party.
Bella smiled as they reached the others. She brushed a strand of hair back over her ear. "Hey guys."
Edward nodded. "Sorry we were a little slow. Bella had to pack her things." He smiled mischievously at Bella.
Bella glared at him. "Sorry if I like to have books and notebooks. I'm just not as cool as the rest of the family."
Edward laughed and looked at the others. "Let's get going. No need to keep our company waiting." He wrapped an arm around Bella's shoulders and walked toward the woods.

Jasper nodded at Bella and Edward.
"Remember, this is not a confrontation, Edward. We are just making sure that they are not here to cause any trouble. We are to meet them shortly, so shall we go?"
He then stood up and offered his arm to Alice. After she took his arm, he smiled warmly at her and led her after Edward and Bella. He kept glancing around, checking to make sure no one was paying any attention to them as they headed toward the trees. He noticed the same girl from his shop class staring in their direction and stopped momentarily to look at her.

Delilah had left the school and was slowly making her way to her car when she saw the vampires that she had seen talking in hall during lunch. She only really knew Emmett, who had is arm around the blonde from her Shop class, who put all vampires to shame in the way of beauty. She also noticed the blonde guy who was also in Shop. The two blonde ones looked a bit alike and she wondered for a moment if they were brother and sister. Don't be stupid. She told herself. There aren't very many true vampire families, just clans, not some crazy ass situation like mine. It was then that the guy from Shop stopped and looked straight at her.
Delilah quickly spun on her heels and headed to her car, struggling to keep a human pace. You idiot! She scolded herself. She argued with herself about just going and meeting them and getting it over with, only to then argue that that was an even more moronic idea than standing there staring at them all like a stalker.
When Delilah got to her car, she threw her bag into the passenger seat and sped out of the parking lot, ignoring the honks and squealing of tires she had caused by speeding through the parking lot and cutting off other students, and covered the sounds with the sound of her own tires squealing when she hit the road.

Alice glanced up at Jasper as he stopped suddenly and followed his gaze over to the same girl that was in his shop class. Just as she glanced up at Jasper again, the squealing of tires caught her attention and she turned her gaze back to the parking lot to see the girl speeding away. She giggled a little and tugged at Jasper's sleeve. She smiled up at him as they stopped at the edge of the trees, next to Edward and Bella.

Rosalie and Emmett walked along with their arms around each other. They noticed Jasper stop and look at something and turned but didn't see anything other than a few last students leaving the school. It wasn't long after that there was the squealing of tires. They turned to see a car go speeding off out of the parking lot and down the street.
They stopped with the rest of the family and Rosalie was first to greet Oceane and Marguerite. She knew it would surprise Edward and Bella that she was that friendly with them, but she had come to like Oceane, even if she had only known her a short time, she seemed like someone she could get along with.

"Hey Rosalie!" Oceane greeted, a wide smile plastered on her face. Things would go a lot more smoother now that Oceane was aware that Rosalie was going to be partaking in the meeting. Rosalie was a cool cat in her book, and Oceane almost snickered to herself for thinking that a beautiful friendship was about to begin.
"So," Oceane began, flipping her long auburn hair over her shoulder. She narrowed her ebony eyes. "Whaddya wanna know?"

"Well I'm going to be straight with you both." Rosalie started, not giving anyone else the chance to jump in. She and Oceane got along and she knew it was likely she wouldn't rub her wrong with what she said like the others might. "We just want to know your situation and we're willing to be up front with ours as well. Just want to know if you guys are planning on sticking around and things like that and make sure we're not stepping on each others' toes ya know?" Rosalie said, watching their expressions for an inkling of what they were thinking.

Marguerite cleared her throat and cut off Oceane before she could even take another undead breath. It would take only one syllable from Oceane's crazy mind to ruin everything they had planned.
"First of all," Marguerite started diplomatically and eyeing each of the vampire's personally. "We are not a threat. We are not here to 'invade' your territory." She took a deep breath, going back and forth between telling them the truth, or an abridged version of it.
"Our father, Sebastian, is the head of our coven. We are originally from France, but we have recently taken up traveling Europe for the past couple of years. Stories of The Cullens and their revolution against The Volturi have been prominent, but it has not been until now that Sebastian suggest we actually meet this Cullens. We are simply...interested in your way of life. Interested in your ideas. We hope you can accept that."

Edward eyed Rosalie when she started the conversation and directed it towards Oceane, and while he understood her reasoning, he was relieved when Marguerite took over. She seemed more reasonable to him.
"I apologize if Rosalie's statement came off a bit, accusing. It's just not every day that you run into another 'family' of vampires, especially in a town like Forks. While we are more than willing to show you our way of life, I'm afraid it may not live up to it's reputation, as i don't know if I would really call our standing up to the Volturi, a revolution." Edward reasoned even though he knew the Volturi hadn't quite been the same since their confrontation from what they had heard. Stories like this were often blown out of proportion as they went from person to person and he wasn't sure what it had turned into over the years.

Alice shifted her weight a little, waiting to hear Edward's voice in her head. He would usually make sure she approved of something when he said it, but this time he hadn't. It puzzled her, thus the shifting of her weight. She thought his name clearly and loudly in her head.
'Edward... I hope you've cleared this with Carlisle...'
She kept her gaze on Marguerite as to not draw any attention to herself.

Edward could hear Alice loud and clear. He knew it would worry her, but while he hadn't talked to Carlisle about it, he was sure that as long as they were merely sharing the gist of their lifestyle, there wouldn't be much trouble. When he had said the family was willing he had already decided that he didn't intend on sharing every detail about the family, as that would be when things had the potential to get dangerous. They merely had to be careful not to give them any information that may be used against them, though from what he could tell, Marguerite spoke the truth, but something about her also seemed guarded so he couldn't decide for sure.
He thought about how strange the Cullens must seem from first glance, between Renesmee not being full vampire but also not being human, having a werewolf in the family, a practicing doctor in the family, and the list went on. That would be enough to peak anyone's curiosity, whether they had heard of the family before meeting them or not.

"Oh, please," Oceane exhaled after Marguerite's rendition of her family's pillage to Forks. She flipped her long auburn hair over her shoulders and shifted her eyes slightly. "You're not even telling them why we're really here!" she hissed, directing her acid comments towards Marguerite.
"Listen guys," she barged on, not even waiting for confirmation from her sister or her parents. "Yeah, we wanna share your ideas and stuff, but that's not the true reason we came all the way to Washington."

Without letting anyone else get a word in, Rosalie automatically spat out "Well what are your real intentions here then?" She looked accusingly at Marguerite. She appreciated Oceane's honesty about their family's reason for coming to Forks and was hopeful that Marguerite wouldn't make Oceane be quiet with her ability before they could get their true intentions out of them. It was then that Rosalie realized they hadn't had a chance to let Edward know that they knew what ability Marguerite had. Edward. She can make people do things, Oceane told us while we were in Anatomy. She thought, knowing that he would be trying to figure what the hell she was thinking by what she said being so accusing towards Marguerite while she said it, and possibly starting a brawl.

Edward looked at Oceane, surprised that she would reveal that learning about their lifestyle was not their only intention. He glanced at Rosalie when she snapped at Marguerite and was wishing that she would control her temper, just this once, even though it made him angry as well. He listened to what she was thinking, though he wasn't really expecting her to have a plan, as she usually just went with it, but he was curious anyway. It was then than she called his name in her thoughts and he heard what she said about Marguerite's ability. He squeezed Bella's hand, hoping she would realize that she needed to be on ready to go with her shield if the need arose. He looked back at Marguerite waiting for her reaction, but most of all her answer to Rose's question and waited to hear from her thoughts whether she was going to be truthful when she said it, even though he was sure that Oceane would call her out on it if she possibly could.

Jasper flinched a little as Alice shifted her weight. He glanced down at her, and then shifted his eyes up to the others. He turned his body slightly toward Alice protectively as he felt the tension starting to mount around them. He flinched again as Rosalie spat out her words, and immediately shifted his eyes toward Oceane, waiting to see her reaction. Jasper was usually careful with his thoughts, but this entire situation got his mind working overtime.
'I really hope this does not get out of hand... especially here...'
He quickly glanced toward the now empty parking lot, save for a couple of lingering kids that were now getting into their cars. He looked back at Edward, feeling the same curiosity, and then looked at Marguerite.

Marguerite's ember eyes shocked open at Rosalie's accusation and her sister's exposure. This meeting was going horribly, horribly wrong! At that instant, she had wished that they had postponed the meeting and that Sebastian and Juliette were by her side. They would have known how to handle the Cullens. They would have known what to do.
But they hadn't set the meeting for later, and her parents were not there. Marguerite had to take control of the situation - and now. Before things started going truly awry. If she didn't tell the truth, then Oceane surely would, and not as elegant as Marguerite would.
Marguerite curled her concrete fists. It was now or never. "Yes, we do want to live peacefully with you and yes we want to share in your ideas. However, there is another part of our plan. Our father, Sebastian, and Oceane, have a history with a similair powerful family like The Volturi. They call themselves Les Redevances, and they are located mostly in France. Oceane and Sebastian were under their control for quite sometime, and their power has been growing steadily. We fear they will push their boundaries and extend to the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and possibly here. They will stop at nothing until they rule the entire globe. With your history of...revolt, we thought maybe, we could somehow band together and stop them, once and for all."

Edward looked at Marguerite for a few moments before speaking. "Again, I apologize for the outburst." He shot Rose a disapproving look out of the corner of his eye. "I think we need to arrange a get together between both of our families, or at least a few of us, get it all straightened out and get everything on the table, as I'm sure our parents would like to be in on the discussion as well."

Rosalie flat out glared at Edward. How could any of them not be at least a little mad that they, well at least Marguerite, was trying to keep part of their intentions a secret. She looked back to Oceane and shot her a thankful look. She knew full well that if it weren't for Oceane they wouldn't have found out there were other intentions.
Emmett put his hand on Rose's back, knowing she would be pissed that Edward was cutting her off like that, when Rose felt like she had it all under control.

Marguerite nodded slowly, her dark eyes clouded over. She wasn't sure if she was in the right or the wrong, revealing The Reineq's true intentions. Would Sebastian be mad? Disappointed? And Juliette...if only they had been there...
"Yes," she finally replied in a low, even voice. "When should we arrange the next meeting?" Had she already doomed her family to failure?

When Edward heard Marguerite's worries about disappointing or making her parents mad, he felt bad for her. While he was happy they knew the whole story about why they were there and so interested in their family, he couldn't help but hope they didn't cause a problem for them.
"Well how about we shoot for tomorrow evening? Our father works late on Mondays at the hospital. If you wouldn't feel threatened, I'm sure you could all come over to our house. I'm sure our mother, Esme, would be pleased to have the company. Otherwise we would be pleased to meet you at another place or your place." He paused, but for less than a second. "We could just say that we met to decide when to meet so everyone could be there." He said, hoping that Marguerite would realize that she didn't have to tell her parents that they knew their other intentions, if she believed it would cause problems as long as Oceane didn't rat on her.

Alice stepped forward a little, and set her hand on Edward's arm.
"Edward, I believe Esme will be getting concerned of our whereabouts if we do not leave now."
She smiled warmly at Marguerite and Oceane, stepped back to take Jasper's arm, and nodded at Edward again.
"We'll meet you back at the house, Edward. We'll be waiting by your car, Rose."
She then turned around with Jasper and headed over to Rosalie's convertible, parked on the far end of the lot.

Before Marguerite had the chance to reply, Oceane gripped Edward's hand in her own and shook it.
"Sounds good to me!" she said and let her arm drop to her hip. She glanced towards Marguerite and smirked. "Don't worry, little sis," she comforted. "Everything will be okay. It's better that everything's out in the open!"
She watched with black eyes the rest of the Cullens begin to migrate away from the meeting place. She narrowed her eyes at Rosalie before her mouth split into a wide grin. "Until we meet again?"

Edward shook Oceane's hand. He wasn't sure about her yet. She and Rose may get along which was unusual but her attitude and outspoken-ness was likely to cause trouble as he figured it, though it seemed that it had only caused her own clan problems up til now. He smiled and nodded, first at Oceane and then to Marguerite before turning around with his wife and Rosalie and Emmett and headed to their cars.
As Edward walked he decided that it would be a better idea to keep as few of the Cullen family members in the meeting as possible, partially so they wouldn't appear to be ganging up on the Reineqs and partially as he hoped to limit the pigheadedness in the room as well.

Renesmee and Jacob met Alice and Jasper by Rose and Edward's cars. Renesmee beamed at them. "Well we're good to go for class. How did the meeting go?" She asked as Jacob stood silently beside her. She glanced back and saw her parents and Aunt Rose and Uncle Emmett making their way back to their cars and gave a small wave in their direction along with a large smile.

Rosalie smiled at Oceane and nodded just before she and Emmett, along with Edward and Bella headed back to her & Edward's cars. She bumped Emmett playfully and smirked up at him when he looked at her as he grinned back at her.
Rose was in a surprisingly good mood, considering she was sure Edward would try to arrange it so she and probably Emmett would probably not be asked to be part of the upcoming meeting.
When Rose and Emmett saw Renesmee wave, with a large smile spread across her face, Rosalie returned the gesture with another small wave. Renesmee was always so cheerful, and it was almost always contagious.

Alice waited patiently by Rosalie's car until Edward was close enough before saying anything. She patted Jasper's arm and left his side to run over to Edward. She looked up at Edward with sharp eyes but tried to keep her voice low so that only her family could hear.
"What is the matter with you? I know you didn't clear any of this with Carlisle. Do you realize how bad this situation feels? The vision I had earlier today isn't worth anything, because everyone knows now that they weren't giving us the whole truth. For now, they will meet with us, but I can't tell what will happen afterwards. Carlisle won't be happy about this. We'll meet you back at the house. I won't say anything to him, in hopes that you will tell him yourself."
She squeezed Edward's arm gently and turned to go back to Jasper, the small smile appearing on her lips clearly not reaching her eyes.

Edward opened his mouth to say something, but Alice was headed back to Rosalie's car before he could say what he wanted to. He frowned. He made his way to his car and opened the door for Bella. He gently shut the door.
Edward knew Alice was worried, and honestly, he was too. However he did believe that Carlisle would want to be included in the discussion and was sure that the Reineqs that couldn't be there would want to be as well. He figured that if they could keep it a small meeting, with vital family members only, that they wouldn't appear intimidating or threatening. He also figured that they would still be able to include a few family members whose abilities would come in handy, if the meeting were to get out of hand. He also thought that there was a good chance that the Reineqs might opt to meet somewhere more neutral.
He got into his car, his mind obviously somewhere else and left the parking lot and headed home. He was hoping Carlisle would understand that he had a plan, no matter how quickly thrown together, behind what he had said and that he did have the family in mind, even though it may not seem like it at first thought.
