Ability: The power of persuasion. Marguerite has the ability to tell people what to do and they have to obey her.

Appearance: Pale skin, heavy lidded eyes, scattered black freckles dusting her high cheek bones. 5'7" in height, wavy ebony hair that falls to her shoulders, full lips. The top half is pulled back. Blood red eyes framed with long, thick lashes directly after feeding, black eyes if she's hungry. Small, pointed nose and a heart shaped face.

Personality: Marguerite is mostly sarcastic and witty, but can also be thrill seeking and mesmerizing (as most vampires are.) Her family is new to Forks, so she is a little reserved, but she is slowly opening up. She's very interested to discover the way the Vampires live here (her family still feeds on humans), and she's a curious creature by nature.

Past: Marguerite originates from France along with the rest of her family. She is the youngest. Juliette and Sebastien are in their mid - twenties while Oceane appears a year or two older than Marguerite.
She was made the fourth and final member of the Queen Coven in the early 1700s after being nearly stabbed to death. She had been working the streets as a whore when a man she had recently had relations with stabbed and robbed her. Juliette Reineq found her dying in an alley. At first Juliette had wanted to drain her dry, but Sebastien urged her to keep Marguerite because they were planning to move from France, and four vampires were a better force against nomads than three. After Marguerite's first outrageous months of being a newborn, the Queen Coven moved about Europe. Why the Queen Coven refer to themselves as a family much like the Cullens do is because of their method of feeding. While they do still hunt humans, they make it their mission to find criminals and wrong doers and instead drink their blood than that of innocent people. (This rule was enforced after Marguerite's creation.) This makes their feedings more calculated and worthwhile, and they are still civil enough to function in normal society. The four members speak perfect English although their voices do hold a hint of a french accent. The Queen Coven have decided to reside in Forks after word of the Cullens reached them, and they are very interested in their animal diet.
Marguerite was very beautiful even as a human and was thus able to convince men and people to do as she pleased. As a vampire, Marguerite discovered this ability during an ambush in Scotland. A wild, ravaged vampire had attempted to rip Juliette's throat and Marguerite was able to stop him. Her asset is critical to the Queen's survival because she is able to draw the truth from their victims.

Sample Post: Marguerite cleared her throat and held two textbooks close to her chest. The hollow rhythm of her pointed ebony heels pounded in time beneath her. A buzzed chatter swarmed inside her mind like a hive of distressed bees. Humans. Ugh. She lifted her head to observe the painful sight in front of her - what appeared to be 100 awkward teenage stares boring right in her direction. She sighed. It was always the same. She managed a strained smile that reached her dark crimson eyes just enough to make it clear she wasn't a serial killer. A particular brave, male student bounded to her side. Her currently satiated gaze met his and her smile turned into a grimace.
"Go away," she ordered. His pale brown eyes glazed over and he pivoted on the spot, returning to his gang of friends that he had left for assumingly her benefit. Marguerite couldn't help but revel in her ability once again - it could be so useful at times! And besides, she wasn't interested in human boys unless they had committed some sort of unforgivable crime and her family could feast.
She walked only a few more steps until she finally came upon her desires. A genuine smile crossed her full lips. Ah, she sighed. Finally. The Cullens.

Appearance: A bit of a darker skin tone then Marguerite but still pale compared to the average human. Very sharp features, oval face. Long and heavy ebony hair with streaks of auburn. A fit, in shape build. Stands at 5'8". Usually dresses more casually, ripped jeans and a t-shirt.

Personality: Oceane is the reckless one in the family. She is wild and usually acts without thinking first. She lives for the hunt and sometimes doesn't agree with the family's rule of only feeding on humans that have committed heinous crimes. She has the tendency to disappear from the Queen Coven for long periods of time but she always finds her way back. The best way to describe her would be 'succubus.' She loves human males and would almost prefer if she never found her mate, she's having way too much fun. Fun is the ultimate goal in her life. She fought vehemently against the decision to move to Forks but finally gave in when Marguerite explained there was really no other choice. Oceane is the most loyal to Marguerite and would follow her to the ends of the Earth. Marguerite is a little sister that Oceane must protect and love, and it is a bond that Oceane will and can not break.

Past: Oceane was the second member of the Queen Coven and was created by Sebastien unintentionally. Sebastien was a newborn vampire at the time and was under the command of a less powerful French version of the Volturi (Les Redevances) due to his abilities. Sebastien had unknowingly broken free of their command and feasted on the first human he found - an 18 year old Oceane. During his feeding he was ordered to return to Les Redevances and he left Oceane. Three days layer Oceane was a full blooded vampire roaming the streets of Paris and it wasn't long before she was picked up by Les Redevances as well. Sebastien and Oceane became close once they realized who each other were, but after it was apparent Oceane had no ability, Les Redevances planned to destroy her. Sebastien and Oceane escaped their grip and traveled on their own for awhile before Sebastien turned Juliette, and then Juliette turned Marguerite. The Queen Coven scoured Europe and have just moved to Forks, Washington, a decision that Oceane isn't completely sure about.

Sample Post: Oceane slammed more pressure onto the gas pedal. The car gave a roar of approval and rocketed down the gravely, slick highway that snaked across the degraded Forks town. She growled in response to the growing speed and pearl pink lips peeled back to expose a dangerous row of crescent white teeth. Damn them! Damn her entire family for making her do this! They were doing absolutely fine in Montreal - God knows the boys there were more than enough to satiate her thirst and her lust - and then all of a sudden Sebastien demands they move to Forks because of these Cullens.
Oceane's lead foot pushed again and she was now breaking the speed limit by well over fifty miles, but she didn't care. The four of them were all stuck in this crappy, murky, wet villa. Her concrete spidery fingers finally began to loosen on the steering wheel when one name echoed in her mind. Marguerite. Marguerite wanted this. And Oceane would go wherever Marguerite wanted to go.
Oceane slammed on the brakes. The car came to a screeching halt and left black scorched marks on the highway. With one flick of her wrist the car was facing the other direction. One high pitched whine and the vehicle was sprinting again, now heading straight for Forks High School.

Appearance: Juliette is beautiful in a very cold, distant way. Full and long dark ruby hair. Pale skin, small build. Stands at 5'6". Prefers to dress in a more classical way: long skirts, boots, dress shirts.

Personality: Juliette wears the pants in The Queen Coven. Although Sebastien is the leader, Juliette makes most of the long-term decisions. She is in control, and she knows it. She's calculated, strong-willed, and sly. Juliette usually shows no mercy to victims and to anyone she finds to be in the wrong. However, she cares deeply about her family, and loves her mate, Sebastien, and would do anything for him.

Past: Juliette was turned by Sebastien in France in the late 1800s. She was very high in the social ladder - her parents were very rich and they donated to many charities and organizations in the town. Juliette was revered and treated like a princess her entire life. When she reached her early twenties, her parents betrothed her to another rich patron of the city in order for the families to combine. This man was thirty years older than her and an alcoholic. Juliette disagreed, but her parents insisted. A few weeks before the wedding, Juliette fled her home in peasants garb and collapsed in a forest, where Sebastien and Oceane found her. Sebastien stayed by her side until she was awake. When her eyes finally opened, Sebastien and Juliette were completely inseperable. Only after a few days however, Juliette was found by her parents and forced to return home. She begged Sebastien to find her and take her away. On the night of her wedding, Sebastien finally found Juliette's residence and kidnapped her. He turned her that very night, and Juliette became a part of The Queen Coven. Now that The Reineqs are in Forks, Juliette and Sebastien work as a pair of attorneys.

Sample Post: Juliette drummed her ice-cold pale fingers on the hardwood desk. The melodic, rhythmic sound pattered almost silently in the almost empty room.
"Sebastien," she exhaled in perfect soprano while sweeping a sheet of dark ruby hair behind her ear. "Why are we here?"
The other resident rubbed the point of his chin while pacing from one end of the room to the other. They were both dressed professionally, for today was the first day their attorney offices were open to the public, and Juliette watched peacefully the swooping arcs of his dark gray dress pants with each step.
"You know why," he answered, his brooding, coal eyes never meeting hers. Their last meal was weeks past, and Sebastien refused for them to feed until they had the area dissected.
"Why are the Cullens so important?" Juliette almost whined, breaking her rhythmic drumming and slamming a now curled fist which sent a crack spiraling down the desk. "I miss France."
"I know you do," Sebastien soothed, appearing at Juliette's side in a split second. He cradled her cheeks within his hands. "This is for the best. Trust me." He searched her eyes for the answer he wished for. The corner of her lips finally twirled upwards and he laughed - out of relief - and kissed her.

Appearance: Short, sandy blonde hair, angular features. Pale skin. Very tall - 6'2". Lanky but toned.

Personality: Sebastian always wants what going to be best for his family, always. Since he can not remember being human, Juliette, Oceane, and Marguerite is all he has. He is the heart of the family and the voice of reason. He will protect his women at all costs. He does have a playful side however, and loves to have fun and just enjoy life.

Past: Sebastian does not remember who he is or where he came from before he was turned, which is pleasantly ironic due to his unique ability. The first thing he remembers is being trained by Les Redevances, who were planning to overthrow The Volturi by collecting vampires with abilities. Sebastian listened and followed for years simply because he did not know there was any other way of life. A small clan within the captured vampires under Les Redevances' control were planning a revolt, and Sebastian was immediately intrigued. He wanted to escape in order to learn who he had been in the past. One dark night, Sebastian managed to slip through their grasp, but he was still young and volatile and ended up feasting on the first mortal he found - Oceane. But Les Redevances had not risen to power lightly and found Sebastian, right in the middle of feeding. Oceane began to turn while Sebastian was given punishment. When Sebastian was finally released, Oceane now joined him in ranks. They connected and Sebastian explained who and what Les Redevances were. Oceane and Sebastian were content within Les Redevances' coven, until Sebastian overheard the plans to destroy Oceane since she possessed no ability. Sebastian, overwhelmed with fury, informed Oceane of the plan, and the two finally escaped, fleeing across the French country side. Sebastian and Oceane found Juliette and Marguerite some time later, and Sebastian suggested the family to move to Forks, WA after he caught wind of the Cullens.

Sample Post: Sebastian cleared his throat and shuffled the papers on his dark oak desk. The previous conversation he had held with Juliette - which had been held plenty of times before - was nipping at the corner of his mind. Was he right in the decision to up heave the family from France to this desolate town in America? Was his own peaking interest perhaps no more than morbid curiosity? How important exactly were The Cullens?
He whipped a pair of wire framed glasses from the bridge of his nose and kneaded the pale spot between his black eyes. Juliette. Oceane. Marguerite. The three most important people in the world, and he was carelessly chucking them from one side of the world to the other. Perhaps he was not fit to lead this coven. After a few more moments, he shook his head from side to side. No. This is right. We have been isolated for too long, he thought, returning the glasses to their rightful place. It is time to meet these Cullens.
