Personality: Rebekah is quite friendly and outgoing. She’s long past the point of learning what is worth worrying over and what isn’t (unless it comes to her daughters). She is very easy going and likes to see new places and is a big history buff. She loves to read and passed that love on to her girls as soon as she could.

Past: Rebekah was born on a stormy April night to her human mother, Rebekah, and vampire father, Abe (Her mother died as a result of the birth. Abe tried to save her but it was too late and her heart stopped before it could spread the venom and make the change occur). A few days later, his heart broken, he finally emerged from the room where his wife had died and stormed out to kill the child that had killed the only woman he ever loved. She was being cared for by a vampire couple whom Abe knew, but when he got to her she had grown much faster than a normal child and was a spitting image of her mother and he couldn’t hurt her. He realized the only way she could live on was through her daughter, whom he named Rebekah after her. Abe spent years worrying that at the rate she was growing that she too would be gone soon. Years later at a school Rebekah was attending she met a human male in his late teens named Ardal whom fell madly in love with her and they got married (against Abe’s will as he had rules against getting close to humans). A couple years later Rebekah gave birth to Delilah and the couple was thrilled. She was only ¼ vampire so the pregnancy appeared somewhat normal and she only grew at a slightly faster pace physically (though mentally was a different story). Two years after her birth Ardal was in a terrible mining accident. Rebekah rushed him to Abe to have him changed. They left Delilah with her parents so Ardal could adjust to the new lifestyle and learn to control himself. In these days society turned its back on the handicapped and criminals so they only fed on them, as when one turned up dead it was always brushed aside. Then, Ardal had a terrible experience which prompted him to run off. Rebekah was worried sick and finally returned to her parents and daughter. Ardal appeared, days later, (a few weeks after his disappearance) with his eyes a strange color that they had never seen, raving about a new way to live. He had discovered that vampires could live off of animals just as well and the family hasn’t looked back since. Years later Delilah was in an accident and her healing ability (one of the few vampire traits she actually got) was not enough and Rebekah begged her husband to change her. Then in 2152 Rebekah became pregnant again. Totally stunned (She and Ardal had been together for years and it hadn’t happened so they assumed it was impossible) they anxiously awaited the arrival of their new child and a month later Tabitha was born.

She just had this strange gut feeling that Delilah was going to need them. It was odd because Delilah had lived apart from them many times before.

“Mom, are you talking to yourself again?” Her daughter, Tabitha, asked as she came out of the house onto the porch and sat down beside her. “Oh honey, that’s a great idea! Just go see her and make sure she’s getting settled in alright!” She exclaimed, almost sounding as if the she was trying to convince herself that that’s why they would go see her.
Ardal walked out of the house. “What’s all the excitement about?” He asked looking between the two of them.
“We’re going to go visit Delilah!” Rebekah said with an excited smile."
